Arroceros Urban Forest Park

 Arroceros Urban Forest Park 🌳🐦🍃


Newly redeveloped forest park boasts 2.71 hectares of “green space”. Manila’s last lung, home to over 60 types of trees, more than 8,000 plant species, and 10 species of birds.

Developed in 1993, the 2.2-hectare (5.4-acre) park on the south bank of the Pasig River, at the foot of Quezon Bridge.

The park is administered by City Government of Manila in partnership with private Environmental group, Winner Foundation.

How to get to Arroceros Forest Park in Manila?

1. The park is located in the center of Manila, just north of the Manila City Hall adjacent to the walled district of Intramuros. 

2. It is within walking distance from the LRT Line 1 Central Terminal station and is right across from the Manila Metropolitan Theater. 

3. It is accessible from Rizal Park and southern Manila via Padre Burgos Avenue, and from northern Manila via Quezon Boulevard and Quezon Bridge. 

4. It is also near the Lawton Bus Terminal and the Pasig River Ferry Lawton Station.
